From the pure, brackish waters of the Gulf of Bothnia to a unique delicacy

Early in the morning, before dawn breaks, the coastal fishermen of Norrbotten set out into the Gulf of Bothnia hoping for a good catch. Their coveted quarry is glittering silver vendace, at first sight an insignificant little fish. But before evening turns to night, this apparently unassuming fish will have produced a unique, world-class delicacy.
